After a harsh fall last few days, we entered the 0.786 - 0.886 fib area. No clear sign of reversal yet, except the RSI being in oversold territory. All SMA's are pointing out bearish currently, with the 100 SMA higher than the 20 SMA. Also, we're in a fair value gap on the weekly level.
The green scenario indicates that we fill the fvg and head upwards to create a higher low. The red scenario indicates an even lower low where we will likely bottom around the mitigation area just below the 0.886 zone. This could possibly become a deviation. Momentum seems more bearish than bullish currently. Trend is your friend until proven otherwise.
