Golden Dawn Minerals $TSXV:GOM seems to be on the verge of a massive breakout as it is pushing against resistance of $0.40 which was last priced back in 2008. There has been a recent volume spike (open buying interest) since the company started jockeying for a piece land which is also of interest to powerhouse major Kinross Gold Corporation K .
