It is just incredible how Gold has been rallying lately. Just over the past 1.5 years, Gold is up another +80% and is creating new all time highs every month. Since these strong rallies continue a lot longer than most people think, Gold still has significant upside potential.

Levels to watch: $3.500, $4.000

Gold - GOLD - might just create a correction:

After we saw a perfect retest of the newly established short term resistance, Gold might actually just create the bullrun reversal. It is still too early to tell, but if Gold creates bearish confirmation on the smaller timeframe, we might not even see a retest of the upper trendline.

Clearly Gold was not able to break above the significant newly formed horizontal resistance structure. If the second breakout attempt also fails, there is a very high chance, that Gold will initiate a correction after the significant bullish parabolic rally.
