GMT inverse Head and Shoulders

On the 15 minute timeframe it looks like GMT might be in an inverse head & shoulders pattern. Measured move upto 0.65 cents.

Also the 2 hour might be in a much bigger inverse head & shoulders?

We see green vectors below and red vector ranges above, so which way will it go?

Looks like the moving averages are getting tight and could see it breaking above the 200
