$Gevo sub-wave 3 setup

After a phase of re-accumulation, I think Gevo is ready to enter into the mark-up phase.
It has been very algorithmic thus far, so I see no reason for it to break structure
I'd be willing to play this swing up to about $17, wouldn't take it any higher.
