GBPUSD TFs up to 4h / But longer TFs showing upward momentum?

not sure how this looks, im trying to figure it out. to me it shows that if a bearish breakout forms when the market reopens then there is a possibility for a short opppurtunity.
but longer time frames such as 1 week show that it has lost downward momentum and will begin to rise again?
can i get some thoughts on this...
