A descending FLAG PATTERN FORMATION for a bullish reversal

A descending flag patttern formation has been spotted and it might be gearing up for a possible bullish reversal. You can see that it sits right on the 50% retracement and this retracement sits right on the major structure level at 1.3000s. We will see if we can spot a breakout to the upside direction and a possible continuation
