GBPUSD going up?

If we have a look at the chart we can see that there is a break out in the RSI under the 30 mark. This can be an indicator that it will do a price reversal.
Also when we have a look at the chart and at the MACD we can see that there is a lower low on the chart but the MACD does not give us a lower low. This can also be an indicator for price reversal.
