Waiting On Bullish Confirmation Or Continued Short Signal

This pair has an interesting setup I want to play out no matter where it goes. If it continues to go down, it can possibly form a harmonic for the bull, or just keep dominating for the bears.

If it decides to shoot up sooner than later, that means a pullback is complete.
