The Story:

1. This is David's Weis concept shorting of thrust, a price moves up price waves get shorter.
   
2. On the the last volume we have an abnormal SI of 24.1 = HTMU (Hard to Move Up) = Sellers =Short on the downwards break
   
3. Simple as that!
