I would SELL
GBPJPY - 1H Chart
Price should move down. Right now it's not the best time to sell but you can do it if you place SL above last highest point from 1h chart.
Right now price will test this bottom trend line which works as support.
My idea is to wait till this line is broken, retested and rejected, then we can place a sell and possible for longer period of time.
