Traders seeing the bounce and buying, with their stop losses underneath the zone for "good RR." Now they have been taken out and possibly selling the breakout, failing to see the real bounce on the higher timeframes. This provides enough liquidity for a buy but large stop loss in case banks choose to push it lower first.
