I have had shares sitting in my brokerage with blank information for a few years, now all of sudden they are trading again. I know this was FORK on the Canadian exchange, but the reputable stock news sites mostly have info from 2018. These guys still the same and just relisted or has something changed.
Looks like they are moving up out of the down channel (maybe bull flag!). My guess was a lot of people were like me and saw the shares trading again and dumped them. Might be able to start gleaning some real TA from this point forward.
