FTSSF - $45m (CAD) financing secured for refinery restart

Glencore signed the definitive agreement for 45m (CAD) to restart First Cobalt's refinery in 2020. The refinery is the only permitted cobalt refinery in North America. 5m to restart and study expansion, then 40M to expand to 55 tpd in 2021.
