FTSSF - Which Catalyst will create demand for First Cobalt

Will it be: Glencore funding the refinery start, Iron Creek updates, U.S. China trade war creating favorable conditions for resource companies, cobalt price hikes, or something else unforeseen?

Negatives will be, if none of those things are not completed in the short to mid-term, then price could start to decay once again.

Technically the chart is slowly gathering higher lows after each spike. Whereas a year ago there were no price spikes, and any lows that were created were lower lows. We also think the amount of stock available now is starting to get tighter and tighter.
