BTO $FSLY 20210521 $80 call at $3.65 for practice

As shown by my other posts, I usually do call leaps > 1 year. But this time I a opening a 20210521 $80 call at $3.65 for practice.
Reasons for this action:
1. tight BB width .
2. price stay above 10/20 SMA . Today is the second day.

I will STC if the price goes to $77 in a very fast manner. But if the price raise slow and steady, I expect it to reach the $90 ga

welp, did not work out. closed with 1/3 price loss. Guess it is more important to check on the index. this setup will only work when the indexes are in the bullish trend

Comment: turned out my calls would have been profitable if I have kept it, huh.
revised method to enter short-term calls:
1. narrow BB width
2. price above 10/20 day SMA
3. enter when price takes a dip below the 20 day SMA
4. As BB width was low, selling put spreads seems not a good idea. two ideas: purchase 3-month call to avoid theta burn, or use smaller portion to buy one-month, but more deep itm option, and left it be.
