volume/price zones FCEL Cup and Handle

I have a price target of $12.62. If FCEL would consolidate in that green area then that would complete the handle part of the pattern.

Consolidating before making another leg up to the 0.50 fib, 0.618 or price level resistance there. I highlighted one of them with a white arrow. It didn't like that price for some reason so i'll be watching that area too.
