EurUsd testing .236 Fibo on the daily impulse. Short

Euro tried to raise yesterday by almost touching 1.03 level resistance but not enough strength to break it. As matter of fact declined almost immediately.
Today we witnessed a retrace , and now has resumed the down trend.
Short, first target 1.003.
