Follow up to EUR, If you have been following me for some time, you know I was shorting EURUSD, It worked well, everything's timestamped in the chart, but what's special about today??
Well, Signal thinks it is still bearish but there is a small problem, I have not modeled euro well, at least in my opinion. So I have separate code for checking market temperature.
euro markets have been flip flopping green and red for a while, and given the energy inflation that's growing pretty bad, and if you are a veteran in the business unlike me, you know the euro bond market is plain beautiful, and it signals something that I don't like.
So I'm gonna go on a limb here and say, it is probable for euro to pop against the usd here, probably a beginning of a trend change for the winter? You have seen my DXY plan from few weeks ago, that worked well and we had ATH on SPY like I said, but it is not a simple correlation when it comes to euro.
I believe euro will go bullish. So I will put it as neutral for now, since the risk is high, but know that I'm buying a small position here, if it works, It will be my core position, if not, we will see how it goes.
