HL LL already confirmed a new down trend since Head and shoulder chart pattern has finished. After breaking the neckline, no need more time to the price came back to the neckline and continue the trend. It's shown price doesn't have more buyer anymore.
Target approximately as same as projection of head, it's about 1.16163 as support and I think 1.16000 is good (psychological number).
