EU will have a decision making point

EU has begun a decline from the 1.2011 high. Today it put in what may be a lower high. It may or may not revisit the 1.1920 area. Either way it will end as a lower high in the topping formation. If the ATM bullish model is in play then I will close shorts and go long to the high (probably around 1.19—1920). If the down trend continues after a retrace of today's drop then the immediate target (not TP) becomes the formation low at 1.1695.
