The euro is in a downward trend.
Overall, I expect the dollar to strengthen further, but my guess is that a correction or pullback to the 1.06550 price range will occur.
With a 0.25% interest rate hike last week, the Fed is looking at a contractionary economy and reduced liquidity, and this hike may be the end of the cycle. Inflation indices will also be published next week. Inflation is expected to increase and the value of the dollar will increase.
