CYCLE ANALYSIS
The square represented as PQRS on the chart is the ending phase of a 3 stage decomposition process from the 1972 origin.
We have indicated just a small section of the growth for now, the ending phase is the magnitude PU between October 2000 to June 2016
The terminal point is the node at point U which is also the origin of the new cycle.
The smallest cycle in the new growth process is a 404 week structure indicated as square TUVW
Giving the prevailing cycle periodicity averaging 204 weeks the current internal cycle is expected to finish off at the time axis of the square
The 1X1 and 2X1 Gann angles within the square offered support/resistance along the way but price is currently above the 1X1
The bottom arc UW of the ellipse within the square contained the May 2020 low
The top comes in at 149.935 level, the top arc of the ellipse has a rising resistance from 147.603 to 149.935 Terminus
Between these two points we can expect price to top out and a bear side to complete the end of the square.
