Down trend with equal low points....Eur/Jpy

Hello Traders,
We are talking now about Eur/Jpy and the next buy and sell scenario.
Buy Scenario : Isfthe price breakout the resistance I'm expecting a retracement to the next high point that the price made because will be a decision for the price if the down trend will transform in to uptrend (we have low points at the same price, now we should have high points at the same level). The power of buyers=The power of sellers
Sell Scenario : The trend is down trend, I'm thinking at a sell when the price breakout the last low point to confirm that the move is still a short one.
You have Tp and SL for buy and sell position.
