Euro / Yen relationship driving this market

Volatility down not making sense. Market stalled. Watching currency wars, and making a point that they are stalling the market, as I watch them try to stimulate economies by devaluing at all costs. This can only drive dollar up by default, since we were first to that game and now out of bullets. Channels to continue up or down until something changes, catalyst? Any ideas of what that will be? Or do we slip into summer with a dull and boring sideways couple of months.
