Waiting for ETH bottom - price for the bounce

What is the price for that hard drop to be followed by a bounce?
I'm posting up the price range from a historical perspective and recent support lines.

Observations:
BTC - has more downward trend and the weekly BTC charts show since August we have had higher lows and lower highs, showing sideways movement with no clear direction (like a symmetric triangle).
ETH has shown a lower low in September
Entry ranges from 163 to 193 depending how much BTC drops and the rate of its drop.

Observation:
We he reached the critical resistance point of 235 a few times and each time we are getting lower highs. Right now, we are looking for this attempt to pass 235 and hold. If its does this, then ETH becomes bullish and we are ready to enter ETH. Note 235 is equivalent to the fib 61.8%. Question is when do we enter?

I feel people are bullish on ETH as to the coming Fork and hence the decent is relatively conservative. People are hesitant to buy full in because of btc bearish signs and hence ETH support is strong because people see the opportunity to buy on the dips.
ETH is heading towards a strong support line of 220 and I don't see it going below to 215 but this is dependant on if and when BTC drops. If it drops towards the end of the month, ETH price wont drop towards 203 or 215 because of the coming fork.
NOVEMBER is when the Market goes bullish so make the most of the low prices because NOVEMBER is when another organisation will take on orders for institutions.
Depending on your strategy, HODL and buy more? I put in reserved prices in the 203 to 215 range just incase I sleep through it.

Its hit the Fib 0.5 as a resistance, 226. Looking at the volume, this will only be a temporary high as the volume follow through for is week.

The slow climb to 238 is positive as per BTC slow tight climb with lower highs.
Using the 8hrly chart, more sideways trading as we are getting lower highs. I think people are holding back\cautious because we all want to buy low. However time is running out before the major breakout > with BTC ETF announcement, major developments with institution money, ETH potential upgrade, etc. I Also RSI shows we are in the oversold out conditions as well as MACD giving positive signs. MA for 10, 20, and 50&100 all under the current trend.'m bearish with ETH most of all. Lots of positive developments from Vitali.
