Eth breakout or rejection?

7 Eki 202215m chart looks good however it has been rejected numerous times. I think at this point unless it breaks out within the next few candles, my previous short term idea will likely be invalidated and the price may go straight into a downward trajectory. Comment your thoughts below as im curious what other traders are seeing.
