Ethereum has been in consolidation for twenty-three days now. Each local low is higher than the previous one. This is a good signal, which indicates that the strength of the buyers is higher than the sellers. It is very likely that the big players are accumulating their positions. If the price continues to tighten further, this will be a signal for a breakout of the upper level of $3340.
A good buying opportunity would be after a breakdown or a test of the upper consolidation level as support.
