ETH buy a bounce at S1 or S2 or break up

ETH is moving down as BTC and Metals after better than expected ISM and Factory order numbers, but it is forming a descending wedge that is usually a bullish formation, not always, that the reason why i would not short a bounce up to resistance but eventually long a pullback down at Support or a wedge break; RSI on 15M , 30M and 1H oversold while 4H is neutral moving down, that tells me that we may have a down move to get 4H on oversold area, but a push up as well, RSI signal is mixed at the moment, I would just wait for a nice spot to enter will not enter until price get to my spot
