Reason: We definetely see the volatility is increasing for this coin, which is a positive sign (signal of Uptrend). Currently the price breaking the Horizontal Resistance and we can initiate Long position after breakout.

One more reason for this is BTC has taken an Uptrend. If btc doing well this alts should be well too :)
