LONG: the macro play and the right play would be to long (since we are in an uptrend) if we break todays close high,

SHORT: We can play the micro short when/if we break the descending triangle at 165,27 and close under, a 5x leverage to $161,48, with a stop lost at $169,20, this is a riskier play because we will be very close to the 21 ema, do not take the short if you aren't familiar with the market.
