Ethereum - The bottom is finally in!

Finally, after dropping an expected -65% over the past couple of months, Ethereum is retesting and already rejecting a significant horizontal structure. Together with the strong confluence of support, Ethereum is now creating a long term bottom, initiating the next bullish cycle.

Levels to watch: $2.000, $4.000

After Ethereum recently perfectly rejected the major horizontal reversal level, it is now retesting a minor resistance area. If the bullish momentum continues, it is quite likely that this structure will be broken and Ethereum will then target new all time highs.

With a rally of +50% so far in May, bulls are clearly in control of Ethereum. However, looking at technicals, Ethereum was simply retesting a major confluence of support and therefore started the reversal. The overall uptrend still remains totally valid.
