Bollinger ETH / $ compared with FIL/BTC

The ETH to dollar position runs similarly to FIL / BTC. When BTC increases and Holders dump into FIL, if you do not own FIL when BTC is dumping heavy into FIL, my thought is to go long on Filecoin against the US Dollar because the value will go up. Likewise with Ethereum, you should see very steady value going long on Eth vs the $.
