A basis for 23K ETH

Did some fib extensions (not shown) based on the previous wave, if we see the same gains as last year, then I have my eyes set on 23k for ETH. My Elliot counts maybe off, take that into consideration. This is a different... chart... more speculative than most.

So let's see what happens, shall we?
