A little POP in the near future for ETH in November 2019?

Looking at the scenario with the last pop in ETH on October 22nd - 26th it showed many characteristics that are showing right now going into November. Could ETH be on the way to another pop on a slightly smaller scale? I believe that ETH could possibly meet the area which it hit on the 26th, in the high 190's range before November 5th.

So looking at my prediction, I was correct on the point that it would go back up to $190's, but not at a high point. I am still satisfied with the results of my research.
