As the current price at Fibo retracement is 0.618, FIbo 0.168 always a congestion area.
It mean the price might up down at this 0.618 area.
But in big picture, the downtrend haven't.
In this situation, ETH might going down to 1730 this area.
IF ETH break through 1730, will might form downtrend cup and handle, which mean possible will going down 1500.
