What's next after ETH got a hammer !?

If it goes up the 12 ema and it will be confirmation.

In the green block it broke out Fib level 0.382 and went up with next candle.
Let's combine the two candles and it can be a hammer.
I thought it can be support confirmation.
But it still in downtrend.
