Ethereum forming descending triangle

Ethereum is has set a higher low and is waiting to follow-up with a higher high. This descending triangle however, is showing that a higher high is rather unlikely. On the bull side of the triangle: its base is resting just above that daily resistance of 22474 satoshi's.

I'm expecting to see a breakdown and then a retest around the 20423 satoshi-level.
