ETH with a 3X reward/risk potential in BTC

In the short term hitting the top of the blue region (.011007, .013784) would be too steep a climb. In the long-run (5-8 months) Eth relatively new developments have stopped the downward sprial. Upward potential is high with a relatively low downturn to next support level down. Reward to risk ratio of 3 in terms of BTC, is likely a pleasing idea to those who care little for fiat and would have wanted stay in crypto for a hedge in BTC drop.
