Can buyers return

I was looking for an update on Wednesday in the S&P 500 futures market. Housing starts were down and building permits were up. Increasing building permits implies something about people willing to make commitment to build a new home. There were also some positive earnings reports, as well. I still have a bullish bias for the S&P 500. The objective for this market is still 4720 and I'm looking for an update on Thursday.
