BTC whales are currently shorting the market to make it crash. I think a good time to get back in the market will be when BTC stabilize between 4200$ - 3400$.
Till then, altcoins will bleed to freaking death. EOS is my top pick to short. I predict the EOSBTC ratio will stabilize at around 0.00055. This would mean a price between 2.5-4$ per EOS.
Furthermore, EOSUSDLONGS are extremely inflated which will only put fuel on the fire.
