As you can see on the chart, the price is currently in its supply zone and we can also see a bearish RSI divergence. If the bearish RSI divergence is broken, then we can expect the price to break its supply zone and that's when we can open a long position. However, if price continues to show weakness in its bullish trend, and reacts to this supply zone, then we can expect the price to move towards its CHOCH line and once that line is broken we can open a short position as the trend would be reversed into a bearish trend.
