MR1 seems convincingly BO. Price entered a TRADING RANGE PHASE, following TL BO .Additionally, trapped in "NO MAN'S LAND" ( in between MR1 and MS1), for weeks unending, I waited for BO, whichever way, to determine direction.

SEASONALITY
Dollar Index Dominant seasonal trends suggests that mid-November to late November often sees a rise, and Late December is a bearish time for the index.
Now, with talks of FED rate hike in December, coupled with the above technicals, looks we're going to see the unusual this year ending.
Seasonality is an average, not a rule. In any given year, price can deviate from the seasonal tendency and traders shouldn't fight it. ;)
