$dxy lower, $iwm to catch a bid back over 230?

Seasonality headwinds this week and next but if dxy keeps heading lower and rates come down, I think the market will buck the trend.

Look at past years of strong January into Valentine's. Not all February's have ended weak the last 2 weeks.
