Assuming that PA is following a fractal from Summer 2017, which also bounced off the 0.5 Fib entrancement after a 27% rise
We may see PA continue its push up to a total of near 4% before turning over again.
This would be a price of around 105 - if we get there , a close watch would be required as I am certain that the FED will be trying to support the $ in its next meeting
