This is my first attempt at using two different securities/pairs trading. So i'm not sure if I did this one right (comparing USDX to Treasury).
Chart shows clearly, to buy Dollar index and sell the 10-year treasury notes. Sitting right above the 150MA. Upside objective comes in at 36.27 (previous support/resistance level). Could this possibly hint at continued taper in the next FOMC meeting?
Would like to hear some thoughts from TV community and perhaps point me to other such similar charts that compare two different securities.
