Dot 20% move incoming
If 
DOT can clear $26 then I see an easy 20+% move short after based on a LONG standing diagonal trendline break + horizontal break. This bad boy has been suppressed for too long and looks ready for a push back up.
If Bitcoin loses 47k again, this will quickly lose steam.
