DOGE/USDT Possible head and shoulders or breakout?

Doge might be on the way to making a choice.... To be or not to be. if it breaks the formation it's probably heading Bullish for some time, but if it completes the pattern it's possible it loses more than 20% of its current value in a short-term before it starts the recovery
We might have to wait until we see for ourselves.
