Short term view on DOW JONES, target 22-23k

This looks very clear to me, and i don't need complicated charts to explain.It's hard to tell where this first wave will bounce (could be when market opens in a few hours but I highly doubt it) , so I will personally enter a play when wave 2 of C ends and 3 starts.

Entering a short around 25k with stop loss 26 and targetting 23k (or lower) would look like a very high R/R setup to me!
