Dow Jones: markets are doubting

The Dow Jones index is standing on a crucial point with a momentum which is not too negative or positive. We have to choose a direction. In my opinion there is enough power for the Dow Jones to jump to more than 22 100 - 22 500 points. If we break the blue resistance line in the PGO_LB Indicator more upside potential is present.
